This project involves the full redevelopment of a residential site in Albury, NSW, including demolition of the existing dwelling, subdivision of the land, and construction of two new architecturally designed homes.
Trend Building Group has obtained planning approval and is managing the entire delivery, from subdivision through to final finishes. Both new residences will feature piled foundations, lightweight wall systems, and high-end architectural cladding.
