About this project
Trend Building Group was engaged by DTD Engineering to deliver a new industrial shed facility. This project involved end-to-end delivery, from initial approvals through to final construction and site finishing works.
Key works included coordination of the Building Permit and Construction Certificate, full civil groundworks and drainage, and construction of a slab-on-ground with piered foundations. The structure comprised installation of structural steel and precast concrete panels, with site logistics and craning operations carefully managed to meet safety and scheduling requirements.
The build was completed with the installation of wall cladding, roofing, and automated roller doors, along with detailed external works including a concrete front entry apron, paving, and external hardstands.
