Trend Building Group was engaged to deliver a full ground-up construction of a two-storey mixed-use development at 119 Enmore Road, Enmore NSW. The project involved the careful integration of heritage and modern design, with the original historic façade retained to maintain the street’s character. The remainder of the site was transformed into a new contemporary structure. The ground floor was constructed for commercial use, designed to accommodate a real estate agency, while the upper level consists of two high-quality residential units.
